Starting at The Deuce, where you’ll overlook the 18th green of Pinehurst No. 2, you’ll sample its famous pastrami sliders before moving on. A short stroll away, the group will visit the Holly Inn for hand-cut potato chips and chicken tempura wraps, then venture downstairs to the elegant 1895 Grille for a Carolina staple—authentic shrimp & grits. Finally, another stroll will bring you all to The Carolina Hotel and the delicious Mile High Key Lime Pie served there.
At each stop, you’ll enjoy craft beer along with your tasting plates as you learn local history from a knowledgeable guide steeped in the lore of Pinehurst, the Tufts family, Donald Ross and many other intriguing icons and institutions that have influenced the area over the years.
